The interior design expresses a modern luxury concept through a calm, neutral palette of beige tones, warm wood, and muted stone textures, creating visual continuity and refined elegance. A large onyx marble feature wall serves as a subtle focal point, complemented by an integrated artwork installation that adds organic movement and balances the clean architectural lines. The high, double-height ceiling enhances the sense of openness and vertical grandeur, allowing light to interact freely with materials and improve spatial comfort. Overall, the harmony of proportion, light, and material results in an interior that feels expansive, breathable, and warmly sophisticated.

​The architectural design embodies a contemporary industrial concept defined by a neutral palette of black steel, exposed concrete, andesite stone, warm wood, and glass, creating a balance between structural strength and tactile warmth. High ceilings enhance the spatial experience by emphasizing vertical openness, exposing structural elements as intentional design features, and improving natural light and ventilation. Together, the honest material expression and generous ceiling height produce a modern, functional, and expressive architectural environment that harmoniously blends aesthetics and performance.

The architectural design presents a contemporary industrial aesthetic defined by a restrained palette of black steel, exposed concrete, natural brick, and warm wood, creating a balanced dialogue between raw strength and refined warmth. Glass façades and integrated greenery soften the building’s mass while enhancing natural light and environmental connection. High ceilings and double-height spaces play a crucial role in shaping the spatial experience, promoting openness, ventilation, and fluid light movement, particularly in transitional areas. By exposing the steel structure as an intentional design feature, the architecture achieves a dynamic, honest, and well-composed expression that is both functional and visually impactful.
